SF Giants' Brian Wilson Attacks Water Cooler After Blown Save

San Francisco Giants reliever Brian Wilson let loose after blowing a save last night against the Detroit Tigers by attacking a water cooler and punching a dugout wall.  Video provided by MLB.com:

Big League Stew provides the background:
Wilson came in with two outs in the eighth inning and the Giants clinging to a 1-0 lead. He blew the save upon giving up a RBI single to Magglio Ordonez, but kept the Tigers from taking the lead when he got Miguel Cabrera to line out.
After scoring three runs in the top of the ninth on a ground-rule double by Pablo Sandoval and two bases-loaded walks, Wilson came back out for the ninth and was in line for the win. But he was well on his way to giving the game right back to the Tigers, as three of the first four batters he faced reached base.
Brandon Inge singled in the next at-bat to drive in a run, and that was it for Wilson.
Well, the frustration is understandable, and we appreciate the fact that Wilson cares about winning.  The key here, as the announcers pointed out, is "just don't get hurt".  You don't want to end up looking stupid like Kevin Brown back in 2004.
