Before Thursday night's Atlanta Braves game at Turner Field, the "Star-Spangled Banner" was sung by 10-year-old Lily Anderson from Cumming, Georgia, representing the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research.

Big League Stew provides more details:
Braves reliever Peter Moylan describes [the crowd reaction to Lily's rendition of the National Anthem] as "the longest standing ovation I've witnessed."
Anderson was singing the anthem as part of Thursday's "Rally Night" at the ballpark. Before the game, catcher Brian McCann(notes) met with "Rally Kids," children who are battling cancer, and funds were raised in the fight against the disease.
Based on the positive response on her Facebook page, her performance got the attention of a lot of people.
