Video: Tigers Fan in Front Row Hit By Josh Hamilton's Bat

Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton lost the grip of his bat during his at-bat in the top of the sixth inning in yesterday's ALDS Game 3 in Detroit. The bat went into the stands behind the Rangers dugout and hit a male Detroit Tigers fan wearing a Justin Verlander jersey.

Video shows that Hamilton's bat actually flew into the second or third row.  However, as fans put their hands up to protect themselves, the bat somehow got turned around and the handle of the bat hit the Tigers fan in the front row in the back of the head.  According to AP reports, the man was evaluated by medical personnel and stayed in his front row seat while holding an ice pack on the back of his head.
