New Mexico State's Hernst Laroche gets tripped up, recovers to block shot and score fast break layup (Video)

In the second half of an NCAA basketball matchup at Utah State Saturday night, New Mexico State point guard Hernst Laroche was accidentally tripped up on a screen by Utah State forward Kyisean Reed. However, Laroche recovered so quickly that he was able to get right back up and block a three-point shot attempt by Utah State guard Preston Medlin. To top it off, Laroche took possession of the ball off the blocked shot and dribbled all the way down the court for the easy basket on the other end.

The awesome defensive play by Laroche helped New Mexico State take control of the game down the stretch to win the battle of the Aggies over Utah State, 80-69.
