Andrew Bynum tossed for senseless taunting of Rockets bench (Video)

Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum was ejected early in the fourth quarter of Friday night's NBA game at the Staples Center after making a left-handed hook shot and taunting the Houston Rockets bench. It was Bynum's second technical foul of the game, leading to the automatic ejection.

Bynum's basket cut the lead to one, and Rockets guard Earl Boykins missed the technical free throw. However, Bynum's absense made it easier for the Rockets down the stretch as they defeated the Lakers 112-107.

Bynum's ejection continues his recent pattern of senseless, selfish behavior that is hurting his team. It's a shame that a player as talented as Bynum can't seem to get his head straight.
