Seattle Mariners broadcaster Mike Blowers dropped a foul ball in the booth that hit him right in the hands during Wednesday night's game against the Texas Rangers.
It happened in the top of the fourth inning with a foul ball behind home plate coming off the bat of Rangers batter David Murphy. The ball came right to Blowers in the Mariners broadcast booth, and he didn't have to move from his seat. The ball hit Blowers in the hands, but he failed to grab it, and it fell down to the stands below.
Fellow broadcaster Dave Sims screamed so loud after getting on Blowers for the miss that he nearly blew out the eardrums of the viewers at home (so if you watch the video, you might want to turn the volume down a bit).
