Abby Wambach gets sucker-punched in the face during Olympic soccer match against Colombia (Video)

U.S national women's soccer forward Abby Wambach was sucker-punched in the eye during the first half of the team's 3-0 victory over Colombia on Saturday during their preliminary round Olympic match.

It occured in the 39th minute of the first half as Wambach was running down the field on offense and was punched in the eye by Columbia's Lady Andrade.  Somehow, none of the officials saw the play, which should have been an automatic red card for Andrade.

Wambach got a measure of revenge by scoring a goal in the second half to set the U.S. record for goals scored in the Olympics.
