Brazilian soccer player gets yellow card for getting hit in face with opponent's forearm (Video)

In a recent soccer match from Brazil, Botafogo defender Antonio Carlos was hit in the face by a forearm from Bahia striker Rodrigo Suazo. However, to add insult to injury, the referee not only gave a yellow card to Suazo, but also to Carlos.

So apparently the penalty on Carlos was for not being able to avoid Suazo's punch?

H/T Dirty Tackle.
