Power outage at Turner Field causes delay during Braves-Mets game (Video)

Friday night's Atlanta Braves game at Turner Field against the New York Mets was delayed for about 15 minutes during the top of the second inning due to a power outage.

The lights went out around 8:07PM with two Mets runners on and two outs in the top of the second. A backup power source came on to power the scoreboard and message boards, but it took about 10 minutes for the lights at the top of Turner Field to start coming back on.

Some storms in the Atlanta area had some lightning earlier in the afternoon and may have contributed to the power outage. Of course, maybe it was just the fact that it happened to be Friday the 13th.
