Red Wings defenseman Kyle Quincey scores goal off Jonathan Bernier's head (Video)

Detroit Red Wings defenseman Kyle Quincey was credited with an unassisted goal in the first period of Wednesday night's game on a fluke play after his shot bounced into the air and off the back of Los Angeles Kings goalie Jonathan Bernier's head into the net.

Bernier stopped Quincey's slap shot with his glove, but the puck went into the air and took an unlucky bounce off the back of his mask.

Fortunately for Bernier, the goal wasn't the difference in the game, as the Kings were able to rally from the 1-0 deficit to win the game 2-1.
