Henry Rodriguez almost hits himself in head with wild pitch (Video)

Washington Nationals relief pitcher Henry Rodriguez nearly hit himself in the head with a wild pitch that deflected off the backstop during the eighth inning of Sunday's game at Nationals Park.

It happened in the top of the eighth as Rodriguez' 3-1 pitch to Cincinnati Reds batter Corky Miller went past the catcher and took a really high bounce off the backstop back towards the mound. As Rodriguez was walking off the mound, the ball came a foot away from hitting Rodriguez in the head.

We'd like to see him try that again. That's got to be a one in a million shot.
