Rockies ballboy attempts to catch foul ball with chair
A Colorado Rockies ballboy attempting to catch a foul ball with his chair during the top of the fifth inning of Saturday's game at Coors Field.

The Rockies ballboy brought the stool he was sitting on with him and tried to use it like a glove to stop the foul line drive hit by SF Giants batter Guillermo Quiroz. Naturally it didn't work, as the ball went under the stool and bounced off a wall into left field.

The Rockies ballboy may have used the stool to protect himself from getting hurt, since he didn't have a glove. That, of course, begs the question of why the ballboy have a glove? You would think that would be required equipment for his job.
