Brazilian defender kicks ball square into lineswoman's face (Video)

During a Brazilian Campeonato Série B soccer match Sunday night between Atlético Goianiense and Paraná, a lineswoman was accidentally hit square in the face with a ball kicked from point blank range.

The lineswoman was following the ball as it approached the sideline when the Paraná defender tried to clear the ball away with a powerful kick, knocking the lineswoman to the ground.

Fortunately she was OK after a minute or two of treatment with an ice pack and was able to resume her duties on the field.
