New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was playfully smacked in the rear end by offensive lineman Willie Colon while in the middle of a live sideline television interview during last Saturday's NFL preseason game at MetLife Stadium.
Sanchez had completed his work for the day and was taking part in an interview with a WCBS sideline reporter when his teammate Colon snuck into the frame and whacked him in the behind. Sanchez was a bit startled at first, but then let out a big laugh.
You have to wonder if Sanchez will still be in a good mood if he loses the preseason quarterback competition to Geno Smith and starts the season on the bench, which looks like a real possibility.
