Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker tripped himself on a second quarter punt return during Sunday's AFC divisional playoff game against San Diego after it seemed he was about to break away for a touchdown with no tacklers between him and the end zone.
Decker had just slipped through an attempted tackle by the Chargers punter at the 45-yard line and looked to be in the clear when he tripped over his own feet and did a faceplant on the ground near the 30-yard line.
The only way to explain it: Decker got bitten by the "turf monster".
