Adam Jones steals second and third base on one pitch (Video)

Baltimore Orioles center fielder Adam Jones stole second and third base on the same pitch with some very alert baserunning during the first inning of Wednesday's spring training game against Tampa Bay.

Jones got a great jump on the 1-0 pitch to steal second base easily, then kept going when he saw that no one was covering third base. The Rays shifted their infielders towards the right side of the infield for batter Chris Davis, leaving third base exposed. Rays third baseman Cole Figueroa was standing at second base when Jones ran past him and had no chance to tag Jones or get back to third base in time.

Showalter had to love that heads-up play by Jones. To top everything off, Davis beat the shift by hitting an RBI single to right field, scoring Jones.

The Rays got the last laugh, however, winning the game 7-4.
