Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Jonathan Papelbon pitched a scoreless ninth inning in Thursday's spring training game against Toronto - while wearing the jersey of catcher Carlos Ruiz.
At this time, the reason for Papelbon wearing Ruiz's jersey is still unknown. We could speculate that the Phillies were short on jerseys, or that Papelbon lost some sort of bet, but we have no idea.
