Cowboys TE coach douses players with ice water during drill (Video)

Dallas Cowboys tight ends coach Mike Pope put his players through an unusual drill after practice this week by having them catch passes shirtless while dousing them with ice water.

Pope's rationale for the drill is to help his tight ends concentrate and keep their eye on the ball, summing it up with "If they can't play with distractions, they can't play."

We'll have to watch Jason Witten's performance this year to see how effective the drill really is.
