Korean baseball player faceplants, swims into home plate (Video)

In Korean baseball action, Doosan Bears second baseman Choi Joo-hwan suffered an embarrassing faceplant as he started his slide into home plate too early and came about five feet short. Fortunately, the throw to home never came, so Joo-hwan was able to score a run anyway by "swimming" the final few feet to touch the plate.

Not sure what it is about the KBO, but the players there seem to need work on their sliding.
