TCU fans attend CFP title game with 'Winner Plays TCU' sign

Ohio State defeated Oregon 42-20 to win the inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship game. However, a small group of TCU fans apparently disagree that the winner of Monday night's game is the best team in college football, expressing their thoughts by holding a "Winner Takes TCU" sign.

The TCU Horned Frogs were left out of the CFP after being ranked No. 6 in the final rankings by the selection committee, despite having been ranked No. 3 just one week earlier. Obviously some TCU fans aren't ready to let it go.

As for the TCU players, they channeled their frustration into a 42-3 blowout victory over Ole Miss in the Peach Bowl, which helped them finish No. 3 in the final AP poll. Unfortunately, that's the best they can do until next year, when they can try to make a run to go undefeated and remove all doubt in the minds of the selection committee. Or maybe the Big 12 will have a title game to help their case.

H/T Dr. Saturday.
