Ducks defenseman Josh Manson fined for throat-slash gesture (Video)

Anaheim Ducks defenseman Josh Manson was fined $2,486.56 for a throat-slash gesture directed towards Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri during Thursday night's NHL game at the Air Canada Centre.

It happened in the third period as Kadri knocked Manson into the boards from behind with 2:43 remaining in regulation. Manson expressed his anger with Kadri by making the gesture, earning himself a 10-minute game misconduct, and now he's also paying with his wallet.

Kadri served two minutes in the penalty box for boarding, then came back to score the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Maple Leafs a 6-5 victory. Kadri was named the Number 1 star of the game.
