Japanese baseball team introduces dancing robots

Japanese baseball dancing robots Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks vs Rakuten Eagles 7/7/2020

In Japanese baseball news, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks of the Nippon Professional Baseball league introduced dancing robots as entertainment during Tuesday's game against the Rakuten Eagles. The NPB is playing games without fans and were probably looking for a way to liven up the atmosphere for the players.
The robots, which came in human and dog form, performed a choreographed dance that is normally performed by the home fans.

Most importantly, Fukuoka beat Rakuten 4-3.  It would seem the robots "inspired" the home team to victory, so the robots are likely to stick around for awhile.
