Algerian soccer player slaps linesman after disallowed goal (Video)

An Algerian soccer player crossed the line when he slapped a linesman in the face after a tying goal was disallowed during Saturday's match between USM Alger and MC Oran.

With Alger up 1-0, visiting MC Oran thought they had scored the tying goal on an injury time free kick, but the linesman made a controversial offside call which disallowed the goal.

Oran players surrounded the linesman to angrily protest the decision, but one of the subs completely lost it and slapped him. The linesman stayed calm, but did push back one of the Oran players to give himself some personal space. Fortunately coaches and security were able to separate them to keep things from getting further out of control, and hopefully the player will receive the appropriate discipline.
