Bradley Beal crawls under bleachers to fetch ball vs. Rockets

Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal went above and beyond with his efforts during Sunday's game against Houston as he fetched a ball that rolled under the bleachers.

It happened in the third quarter with the Wizards holding a 73-69 lead.  Needless to say, it was an unusual sight to see the NBA's leading scorer squeeze his body into a small space underneath the stands so he could direct the ball back towards the court.

Now that's not something you expect to see every day, especially from the player who leads the NBA in scoring.  Not surprisingly, after he got himself out, the Wizards inbounded the ball and Beal scored the basket.

It was that kind of game for Beal, who scored 37 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 36 minutes as the Wizards beat the Rockets 131-119.  The win raised the Wizards record to 8-19 and pulled them out of the bottom slot of the NBA Eastern Conference standings.  Beal raised his scoring average to over 33 points per game.
