Cleveland Indians Outfielder Shoo Arrested For DUI

Another day, another MLB player getting arrested for DUI.
Cleveland Indians outfielder Shin-Soo Choo was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving Monday morning, becoming the sixth major leaguer cited for a possible DUI this year.
Police in Sheffield Lake, Ohio, where Choo was arrested, said Choo registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 on a Breathalyzer test, more than twice the legal limit.
Choo did play in last night's game in Oakland against the A's, going 0-4 with a walk.  Some questioned whether it was appropriate for him to be playing under the circumstances.
News of Choo's arrest prompted some major leaguers to question the notion that Choo will not face punishment for his situation, whereas Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen received a two-game suspension for tweeting shortly after he was ejected from a game.
That's a good point.  Ozzie Guillen didn't put anyone's life at risk with his actions.
Choo joins Detroit's Miguel Cabrera, Seattle's Adam Kennedy, Cleveland teammate Austin Kearns, Atlanta's Derek Lowe and Oakland's Coco Crisp as players arrested on suspicion of DUI. Lowe's and Choo's arrests occurred since the start of the regular season.
The Indians may be getting a pass right now because they happen to have the best record in baseball, but with Choo becoming the second player on this team to be arrested for DUI this year, the Indians front office has to be concerned.  A message needs to be sent to the team before someone gets killed.
