Chest Bump Celebration Fail (Video): High School Running Back Knocks Down Kicker After Scoring Touchdown

Looks like failed chest bump celebrations are becoming a trend this year in high school football.  This time, a high school running back in Florida knocks his kicker with an unexpected chest bump after scoring a touchdown.

Here's the video footage from a recent high school football game of Robinson High School in Tampa, Florida (details provided by Off The Bench).  Running back Michael Duclos (#10) scores a touchdown and looks for someone to celebrate with while jogging off the field.  Duclos suddenly decides to give a chest bump to his teammate, kicker Kody Thomas (#18).  Unfortunately, Thomas was not expecting the chest bump as he was only reaching out his hand for the congratulatory hand-slap.  As a result, Duclos ends up bumping his shoulder into Thomas' helmet, knocking Thomas completely off his feet and onto the ground.

Fortunately, Kody Thomas was able to get up right away...and he still made the extra point (according to the Youtube user who posted the video).

Just reminder to the kids at home celebrating:  when chest bumping a teammate, make sure your teammate is expecting the chest bump and ready to give you one in return.

At least this guy picked the right time in the game to celebrate, unlike the other kid who knocked himself out celebrating a deflected pass.
