Video: Texas A&M Running Back Steals Ball From His Quarterback...And Scores a Touchdown

Texas A&M scored first in their game against Arkansas today in a top 25 college football matchup. The touchdown play was a little strange, however, as running back Christine Michael took the ball from quarterback Ryan Tannehill...while Tannehill was about to throw a pass.

It happened two minutes into the first quarter. Tannehill took the snap and was about to throw to one of his receivers lined up wide towards the sideline. As Tannehill pulls his arm back to throw the pass, Michael steals the ball right out of his hand. Michael ran up the middle, somehow finding a hole and ran to the end zone for a 48-yard touchdown.

It seems safe to say that's not exactly how the play was drawn up...but sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
