Kevin Hart ejected from NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, still named MVP (Video)

On Friday night, comedian Kevin Hart was ejected from the 2012 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in Orlando, but in the end was still named the MVP for the game.

It happened with about 1:09 left in the game. Hart, who was playing for the East All-Star team, was called for a foul underneath the basket. Hart expressed his disagreement by letting out a loud curse and yelled at a female referee, who called him for a technical foul. (TNT censors deserve credit for blocking out the curse word for the viewers at home).

Hart then took off and jersey and one of his shoes, at which point the other referee called Hart for his second personal foul, resulting in an automatic ejection. At that point Hart took off the other shoe and threw it across the court. Hart was about to take his shorts off when he stopped himself before returning to the bench and apologizing to East coach Dwight Howard.

Hart scored 8 points and 6 assists for the game, and ironically was still named the MVP despite the "temper tantrum" (which was done as a joke and all in good fun). However, Hart made a classy move by sharing his trophy with East teammate Arne Duncan, the U.S. Secretary of Education, who scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
