Michigan State center Derrick Nix punched a hole in the padding around the basket support during the first half of Friday's Big Ten Conference tournament quarterfinal basketball game against Iowa.
Nix had just made a basket and got the foul call, so he was letting out some excitement with his punch into the padding right above the Big Ten Conference logo. Based on the hole he left in the padding, I'd hate to see the damage Nix would cause by punching something when he's angry.
Nix scored nine points in Michigan State's 92-75 win.
