Miguel Cabrera gets batter's boxes redrawn in Chicago (Video)

A very strange incident occured Friday in Chicago as Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera noticed that the batter's boxes were out of position during his first at-bat and convinced the home plate umpire that they needed to be redrawn.

Cabrera showed that the batter's box did not seem to be aligned with home plate, as his back foot was outside the box when he was in his stance when normally it is not. The game was delayed for 10 minutes while the grounds crew came out and had to redraw the batter's boxes.

In the end, Cabrera flew out to right field after the delay. The White Sox defeated the Tigers 5-2.
