New York Knicks forward Steve Novak is a proud alumnus of Marquette University, while teammate Carmelo Anthony led the Syracuse Orange to the NCAA championship back in 2003. With their alma mater schools facing each other last Sunday in the NCAA East Regional final, Novak and Anthony decided to place a friendly wager on the game.
After Marquette lost, Novak had to pay off the bet by wearing a Nike Syracuse sweatsuit, which Anthony proudly posted on his Instagram account for the world to see. Novak does not look happy, but at least we know he's a man of his word.
