Texas HS baserunner's amazing move avoids catcher's tag on botched squeeze play (Video)

In Texas high school baseball action last week, Ferris High baserunner Lorenzo Garcia used some quick thinking and a nifty move to avoid a catcher's tag on a botched squeeze play against Gunter High.

When Ferris High batter Junior Guttierez missed on a bunt attempt, Garcia appeared to be caught in no man's land as the Gunter High catcher ran towards him. However, instead of waiting to be tagged, Garcia dropped to the ground, and the catcher flew right over him, allowing Garcia to score. Ferris won the game 9-7.
