Indians reliever Rich Hill heads to dugout with only two outs (Video)

Cleveland Indians reliever Rich Hill suffered some embarrassment during his appearance in Thursday's game when he jogged off the mound and started heading towards the dugout after only the second out of the inning.

It happened in the top of the eighth inning after Hill struck out Chicago White Sox batter Adam Dunn for the second out. Hill took a good four steps towards the dugout before he realized that none of his teammates were going anywhere.

We can only imagine the grief Hill got from his teammates after the third out.

You would think that the pitcher would be the most focused player on the field and be able to keep track of the outs. Fortunately in this instance, it was a case of no harm, no foul, as Hill retired all four batters he faced, including two strikeouts, in the 6-1 Indians victory.
