Mariano Rivera makes emotional exit from mound in final Yankee Stadium appearance (Video)

New York Yankees closer Mariano Rivera was overwhelmed with emotion as teammates Andy Pettitte and Derek Jeter were sent out to the mound by manager Joe Girardi to remove him from Thursday's game, his final game at Yankee Stadium, with two outs in the ninth inning.

Rivera began crying as he gave Pettitte and Jeter big hugs on the pitcher's mound before heading back to the dugout with a well-deserved standing ovation. The ovation lasted several minutes as Mo went through the dugout thanking his teammates, then came back out onto the field to say goodbye to the Yankee fans one last time. An incredible moment.
