The North Carolina State Wolfpack men's basketball team was very much on the bubble heading into Sunday's announcement of the NCAA tournament brackets, so when their name was called in the Midwest Regional, they were very excited. Fortunately, cameras were there to capture the moment so that viewers could witness their emotional reaction.
