A Tampa Bay Rays fan faceplanted onto the field while reaching for a foul ball during Friday night's game against the New York Yankees.
The unidentified fan reached over the railing in the 7th inning as the foul ball rolled into the corner, and he totally went for it. The fan lost his balance as he left his feet and reached for the ball with both hands, faceplanting and landing on his back. The fan did get the ball, but according to LBS, he was ejected from the stadium, as is standard procedure for pro sporting events.
