Tony Campana loses fly ball among flock of seagulls (Video)

Arizona Diamondbacks center fielder Tony Campana appeared to lose a fly ball among a flock of seagulls during Thursday night's game against San Francisco.

It happened in the bottom of the eighth inning as Giants batter Brandon Crawford hit the ball to center field just as some seagulls were circling over the outfield. Campana anticipated a deep fly ball and sprinted towards the warning track, but the ball landed about 15 feet in front of him.

The misplay resulted in a double for Crawford, but the Giants weren't able to drive him home. Campana made up for things with the game-winning RBI in the top of the 10th inning to give the D-backs the 6-5 victory.
