On Saturday night, the Colorado Rockies gave away 15,000 Troy Tulowitzki jerseys...with the shortstop's last name mispelled on the back. Talk about a PR nightmare.
Well, they are intended to be collectibles, and these certainly will be.
UPDATE: To make up for the mistake, the Rockies will give the fans with the misspelled jerseys an opportunity to exchange them for accurately spelled jerseys PLUS a ticket for a future Rockies game either later this season or sometime next season.
