Oakland A's center fielder Billy Burns had to leave Friday night's game after hitting a foul ball off his groin during his third inning at-bat.
Burns was able to out his at-bat, and actually drove in a run with a groundout, but was replaced in the outfield for the top of the next inning.
The lesson for the young baseball players out there: Always wear a cup.
