Bruins defenseman Corey Miller scores own goal vs Columbus (Video)

Boston Bruins defenseman Corey Miller accidentally knocked the puck into the back of his own net during the third period of Thursday night's game against Columbus.

The puck came to Miller on a faceoff in the Bruins defensive zone, and Miller tried to wrap it around the back of the net. Unfortunately, Miller lost control of the puck in front of the net, catching goaltender Tuukka Rask off guard and resulting in the own goal.

Fortunately, the Bruins had a sizeable lead at the time and were able to hold on for a 5-2 victory. That should make it easier for Miller to move on from this embarrassing moment.
