Isaiah Thomas ejected for elbowing Justice Winslow in face, drawing blood (Video)

Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas was ejected late in Sunday night's game against Miami for elbowing Heat forward Justice Winslow in the face, opening up a bloody cut in the process.

Thomas had the ball near the sideline with just over three minutes left in the fourth quarter, and Winslow came out to guard him. Thomas swung his arms around with the ball and caught Winslow right in the face, drawing blood from his right cheek.

Thomas was called for an offensive foul on the play, but after a review, the officials gave him a flagrant-2 foul, resulting in an automatic ejection.

Thomas still finished the game as the leading scorer for the Celtics, who won the game 105-95.
