Josh Reddick falls into Red Sox bullpen after chasing David Ortiz home run ball (Video)

Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick flipped over the short outfield wall at Fenway Park on Monday night and landed in the Boston bullpen while chasing a home run hit by Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz.

It happened in the bottom of the fifth inning when Big Papi hit a fly ball to deep right-center field and Reddick chased it to the wall. Reddick timed his jump correctly, but the ball bounced out of the webbing of his glove and into the bullpen, with Reddick falling head over heels over the wall after it. The end result of the play was the second solo home run of the game for Ortiz.

To his credit, Reddick made up for it by hitting a 3-run homer in the 7th inning for the A's. However, that home run didn't make as many highlight reels as this play did, especially with the Red Sox winning the game 11-6.
