Corey Dickerson hits double on pitch that bounces in dirt (Video)

Colorado Rockies left fielder Corey Dickerson managed to hit a double on a pitch that bounced in the dirt during Friday night's game in Arizona.

It happened in the top of the seventh inning on a 2-2 pitch from Diamondbacks pitcher Will Harris. The ball bounced a foot or two in front of home plate, but Dickerson connected and hit the ball into the right field corner for his third hit of the game.

Dickerson easily made it into second, and the unusual double started a 5-run rally that powered the Rockies to a 7-5 win over the D-backs.
