George Mason pulled a rabbit out of a hat Saturday night when sophomore forward Jalen Jenkins hit a 75-foot 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Patriots a 64-63 win over Manhattan.
Jenkins grabbed the rebound on a missed free throw by Manhattan junior forward Shane Richards with two seconds left in the game and put up the shot from the Jaspers' free throw line.
Jenkins led the Jaspers in scoring with 18 points, but that one missed free throw must really hurt.
