Fredi Gonzalez ejected in first inning of spring training game (Video)

Atlanta Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez was ejected from Thursday's spring training game against the New York Yankees after arguing the first pitch in the bottom of the first inning.

The pitch from Braves pitcher Shelby Miller to Yankees batter Jacoby Ellsbury called a ball by home plate umpire Dan Iassogna, who apparently thought it was low. Gonzalez didn't agree, as he felt Yankees pitcher Masahiro Tanaka was getting strike calls for similar pitches. Gonzalez made his feelings known, and Iassogna didn't appreciate how it came across, so he gave Gonzalez the quick hook. Gonzalez came out of the dugout to argue with Iassogna for a minute or two before heading to the locker room.

Spring training games might not mean anything, but Gonzalez isn't treating them that way.
