NYCFC goalie Josh Saunders bangs head on goalpost (Video)

NYCFC goaltender Josh Saunders hit his head on the goalpost during Sunday's MLS season opener against Orlando City, but stayed in the game.

Saunders was undercut by Orlando City defender Seb Hines and knocked into the goalpost head first, causing him to lost the ball as he fell to the turf. Hines knocked the ball into the net, but the goal was nullified as he was called for a foul on the play.

After Saunders was checked out by medical staff, he was cleared to continue. NYCFC and Orlando City battled to a 1-1 draw in the MLS debut for both teams.
