Indiana State student hits full-court putt for 10K, ISU vs. Missouri State, 1/16/2024
An Indiana State student hit a full-court putt to win $10,000 during Tuesday night's men's basketball game against Missouri State.

It happened during a timeout in the game with 7:45 remaining in the first half as ISU held a 29-18 lead. ISU senior Camden Harden shot a golf ball from one end line towards a small cutout hole behind the other end line 94 feet away. The putt was part of a "Putt for Dough" contest sponsored by EPIC Insurance. Harden made it look easy as the putt went straight through the hole, making him $10K richer.

Now that's entertainment. We would argue that he should have gotten more money for that, as a Lakers fan won $100K for hitting a half-court shot back in 2019. However, that might stretch the Indiana State budget a bit.

We are sure that Harden went home happy after hitting that shot, but just for good measure, the Indiana State Sycamores beat Missouri State 88-66 to improve to 15-3 and remain at the top of the Missouri Valley Conference standings.
