Arrest Warrant Issued for Washington Redskins' Albert Hanesworth After Alleged Road Rage Incident

This would seem to be the icing on the cake to top off a very bad year for Washington Redskins lineman Albert Haynesworth:
Washington Redskins' defensive superstar Albert Haynesworth has been charged with simple assault after an alleged road rage incident that went down on Wednesday in the D.C. area
According to the Washington Post, the Honda driver [identified as Joel Velazques of Leesburg, VA]  felt Haynesworth was tailgating him on the Fairfax County Parkway and issued a "non verbal hand gesture" ... aka "he gave him the finger."
The alleged assault occured when at some point the two cars came to a stop at a red light and Albert got out.
Velazques said Haynesworth came to the driver's side window of his car, and after Velazques lowered his window, Haynesworth said to him twice, "You're not so tough now," and then allegedly punched him in the side of his nose before getting out of his vehicle and driving away.
Velazques said he was treated at a local hospital, where it was determined he suffered a contusion to his nose but it was not broken.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Haynesworth's arrest -- and cops say the NFL star is planning to turn himself in to authorities next week.
Haynesworth's agent, Chad Speck, said that the allegations are false and that Albert will cooperate with the authorities.
"This man, who actually provoked the situation himself, recognized Albert and is now simply trying to turn it into his 15 minutes of fame and get, we can only assume, some money," Speck said. "Albert did not assault this man and looks forward to his day in court to refute these ridiculous allegations."

Hmm, I wonder if Haynesworth's contract has a behavior clause...would this be the ticket for the Washington Redskins to nullify his contract?  Probably not, but I'm sure the Redskins would love the chance to unload Haynesworth and his $100 million contract.
