Lolo Jones released from quarantine in Olympic village (Photo)

U.S. Olympic bobsledder Lolo Jones revealed that she was released from quarantine in the Sochi Olympic village due to an illness. Jones was quarantined as a precaution to ensure that her cold and flu symptoms did not spread to other athletes.

U.S. ice dancer Alex Shibutani wanted to take a selfie of himself with Jones, but had to settle for a pic from a distance due to the extenuating circumstances:

We'll see if Shibutani gets a selfie do-over with Jones later on in these Olympics.
