Darnell Dockett wants Braxton Miller as next Florida State QB

Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett has some questions about who will be taking over at quarterback next season for the Florida State Seminoles, his alma mater, after Jameis Winston declared himself eligible for the NFL draft on Wednesday.

It just so happens that Ohio State would appear to have a logjam at the quarterback position heading into next season, as J.T. Barrett and Cardell Jones have led the Buckeyes to the finals of the College Football Playoff. Braxton Miller was forced to sit out this season with a knee injury and could be the odd man out next season, so he is apparently considering a transfer, with FSU being one of the possibilities. It sounds like Dockett would be fully on board with that move.

Given how the FSU offense struggled against Clemson this season when Winston sat out the first half of the game, it would seem they may need to consider their options at QB, and Miller could fill that void.
